Villa Kilifi – Corfu, Greece
Kilifi is a delightful, contemporary designed villa, blending in seamlessly with its hillside setting. It’s part of the Kardaki Estate – forty private acres with panoramic views out across the bay and beyond, and sits in beautifully planted gardens, with established olive trees dotted about, providing shade. Surrounded by numerous terraces and places for al fresco dining, there’s easy access to the curved infinity pool with its dreamy views.
The ground floor has large open plan living spaces with a double room and a double/twin room with their own terraces. The Master bedroom is on the lower level and features a secluded terrace with steps up to the pool. There are two further spacious suites in the garden, both with their own terraces and sea views. The interiors are light and airy, and exceptionally tastefully furnished.

Kilifi sleeps up to ten guests in three en-suite bedrooms in the main house and two further self-contained en-suite suites set behind, both created to have views over the house to the sea beyond.
service & extras
Kilifi comes with a local concierge service and a maid six days a week, with a midweek linen change. Guests can request a private chef and your groceries can be pre-ordered before your arrival. In-villa Spa treatments can also be arranged. The villa has a gardener and someone to look after the pool.

Families love the peace and quiet of Kilifi, it’s perfect for downtime. Close by is Kalamaki beach, and you’re not far from the old fishing village of Kassiopi, with its Byzantine castle. The heritage site of Perithia is just a kilometre away – a traditional village full of tavernas, old Venetian style buildings and nearly more churches than there are inhabitants. Around this part of the coastline, there are numerous excellent beachfront tavernas, and for water lovers, we recommend chartering a boat for a day or two.
