We couldn’t be where we are without a truly fabulous team. Professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, friendly and approachable, every single member of the F&P team helps create our unique holidays and adventures. Whether that’s from taking your initial enquiry and guiding you through to booking your perfect getaway, to delivering it in resort. We want to get to know you, forge relationships and look after your every holiday need.
This is why, in our chalets we pride ourselves on carefully selecting a team of ski, hospitality and food enthusiasts, year on year. We adopt a relaxed professional approach to service. This fits with the chalet environment, creating a home-from-home feel for both guests and team.
When it comes to our tailor-made holidays, it is our team who will do all the hard work for you and make sure that no detail of your trip is left untouched. They are experts and they are happy to share their knowledge with you.
Holly spends her time between the Alps and the Channel Islands with her family. She absolutely loves what she does and lives, eats, breathes F&P. She focuses her time on product development, marketing, the guest experience, and relationship building across the business.
Holly's happy place is anywhere with great food and company, big skies, and immersed in nature - ideally at the top of a mountain or on a safari truck. A few creature comforts never go amiss. Holly still carves out time to travel with Philippa to visit our most popular properties, meet the people on the ground and find places new.
Having co-founded F&P Travel with Holly in 2006, Philippa lives and breathes all things travel. The seed for a future in travel was sewn early, having been lucky to have had the most remarkable childhood full of adventures, skiing and sailing.
Philippa loves her role as Commercial Director, working to find fantastic new destinations and of course her love of spreadsheets.
She’s happiest when bobbing on a boat with her sailing husband and three children in the Adriatic.
Blake joined F&P in 2018 as a Non-Exec Director and investor to help grow this small but energetic business.
He has a background in travel, having co-founded Scott Dunn World and built it into the pre-eminent luxury travel brand.
Now he can think of nothing better than bombing around the slopes of Méribel with his wife and two daughters, or sailing with them to Ithaca in the Ionian - all seamlessly organised by F&P. Somebody has to do the hard lifting!
Having previously held Financial Director and Chief Financial Officer roles in fast growing SMEs and within the travel industry, Julian brings extensive experience of building finance teams, and scaling up systems and processes.
When he’s not perfecting spreadsheets, Julian can usually be found sailing around the Greek islands, exploring the UK on his narrowboat or riding around Cape Town on his Harley Davidson.
With a broad knowledge of destinations worldwide, an expansive knowledge of our destinations in Europe, and an ever-expanding understanding of what our guests are looking for, Gemma enjoys spending her time looking for new hotels and experiences to add to our portfolio.
A keen skier, she spends a lot of time in the Swiss Alps with her husband and two budding skiers. During the summer Gemma can be found on the south west coast of France or exploring two of her favourites, Portugal and Italy.
Jo met Holly and Philippa on their first season together in Méribel in 2004 and they quickly became firm friends.
After a couple of years managing luxury safari camps in Kenya and Zambia, and armed with a lifetime of memories, she came back to the UK to work as an African travel specialist.
Jo is a keen photographer and loves everything travel - she has particularly enjoyed introducing her triplet boys to the mountains. She is most happy when she’s out in the African Wilderness surrounded by incredible wildlife and rich African culture.
Clare has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry under her belt, including 10 ski seasons.
With an enthusiasm for being on the water, Clare believes everyone should go on a sailing holiday at least once in their lifetime where days are spent visiting different coves and bays, leaving the skipper and team to take care of your every need.
Having recently been snorkelling with her family in the Maldives, Clare is ready to share her knowledge of the Indian Ocean, the Caribbean and sailing with our guests.
Clare started working with F&P in 2010, looking after our Méribel chalet collection. She now oversees the Alpine Operation, which includes managing chalets, our ski hotel collection, supplier relations and our fantastic seasonal team.
With no two days the same, it's the people that really make it!
A huge lover of the outdoors, no holiday would be complete without some adventure. Clare’s love of food is mostly learnt from chalet chefs from years gone by and is central to her travelling. When in the mountains you can usually find Clare walking her very energetic spaniel, Scout.
Vicky first worked for F&P Travel in 2014/2015 as a chalet host in Du Guide. What was meant to be one quick season before returning to a marketing career in London quickly escalated into a complete lifestyle change after falling madly in love with the mountains.
She now lives in Méribel for much of the year and works alongside Holly on managing the marketing side of the business.
Lucy has lived and worked in Méribel since 2012, what she doesn’t know about the resort is not worth knowing! Her expertise is the restaurants and bars, on and off the mountain.
Lucy is on-hand to look after the pre-holiday care, from booking your transfers, ski schools and arranging your ski passes to noting your particular favourite tipple or arranging special requests, anything to make your holiday perfect.
When not in the mountains Lucy is a fan of going to the sea, especially the Balearic Islands.
After spending two seasons in Méribel, Flora started working in the travel industry in the UK and has never looked back. At F&P, Flora is on hand to help with all your sales and concierge queries.
Having spent a lot of time recently travelling in Asia, the next place on Flora’s bucket list is St Lucia. Back in the UK, Flora is usually found chasing her two-year-old around Bishops Park on his scooter. Flora is currently on maternity leave with gorgeous baby Oscar.
Emily is a Cornish girl with a love of the sea having spent years of holidaying on her family’s boat on the South coast, across the Channel and down to the Med.
Emily had the time of her life doing a ski season in Méribel, followed by a ‘beach’ season in the South of France working for PGL.
After studying Sport at university, she flew to New Zealand to experience Queenstown life, then over to Bondi Australia for the sunshine. She's also backpacked in both Chile and Thailand. Emily loves making sure our guests have the best holiday possible!
Anna has 10 years' experience in the luxury travel industry, from doing a ski season in Zermatt to becoming an expert at selling incredible European trips.
There’s not many places in Europe she hasn’t visited, but one of her favourites is her family home in Turkey, situated an hour from Bodrum. Beach days, boat trips to hidden coves and delicious Mediterranean food - you can’t beat it!
Anna loves arranging the concierge for our guests as it adds the fun to their holidays. Finding hidden restaurant gems, organising once in a lifetime experiences and ensuring guests have everything they need for the perfect trip.
Originally from Brazil, Gisela lives to travel and loves sharing her travel experiences. As a former MasterChef contestant, she is always in search for that perfect sunset dinner spot.
Africa is under her skin – she spent a year living and working in South Africa and Zimbabwe, before climbing Kilimanjaro and honeymooning in Namibia.
Even though her children are now in their twenties, they still don't say no to a family holiday whether it's the Greek islands, a week in the Alps or further afield.
