Rest-assured, whilst our name has changed we have not. We are still the same small, bespoke and personal Tour Operator, but we can now take you further and on holidays for a lifetime.

We have been doing this since 2006. We have trained and worked ‘in it’ from the grass roots up. We know what it takes to run luxury chalets and to make people happy so they return year on year. As a result, we know what to look for when selecting our properties and partners to ensure they meet, and exceed, expectations.

Contrary to belief, booking through a Tour Operator doesn’t cost you anymore than going direct. In fact, it actually adds value and saves you in time. For a start we offer a price-match promise and your money is safe. In addition, every F&P holiday comes with expert and honest advice, first-hand knowledge and insider tips of each property, our specialist concierge service from start to finish, and added value gifts.
4. Complimentary concierge service
Our dedicated and knowledgeable concierge team will look after your every holiday need before and during your stay. They are the magic makers behind the scenes that set our service apart. It’s all in the detail – from ensuring that the important stuff is taken care of to making personal recommendations, and booking your travel, childcare, catering, restaurants, massage, and activities. You name it. And, what’s more it doesn’t cost you.
5. We are a bonded tour operator
We can book every element of your holiday – accommodation, transfers and flights. The fact that we are bonded means that each one of these elements is protected so you don’t have to worry.

We are forever scouring the globe for F&P-friendly properties, from remote luxury lodges to boutique family hotels. Each property is carefully considered with our guests in mind and must tick our F&P criteria – excellent locations, a sense of place, people on the ground that care, activities for all, creature comforts, remarkable food, warm and attentive service, and thoughtful detail.
7. We are ski chalet specialists
Our origin is ski. We founded Fish&Pips chalets in 2006 and never looked back. Over the years we operated up to 20 chalets across Méribel and Val d’isere, but we have since returned to our Méribel roots in order to focus on delivering a specialist, personal, tailored, foodie and luxury chalet experience like no other.
8. We are small, personal & get to know you
Getting to know our guests and forging relationships has always been front and centre. As a result we really understand our guests’ holiday habits and needs, making us the travel go-to for many. Crafting holidays that fit is second nature to us. Our small team always loves hearing from you, debriefing the last trip, and planning the next trip and beyond.

Most of our team are mothers and our children span all ages. We understand what is important to parents when booking a family holiday; we know what works, what doesn’t, and what to look for in a property. We’ll take the family holiday-admin (and anxiety) off your hands so you can enjoy the moments that matter and a little grown-up time too.

Each of the properties we feature is vetted, approved and loved by our team. We know the small details about the properties and the must-dos or don’ts. We also work with trusted destination partners for their most update expertise and recommendations.
