Nestled on a high plateau above Lech, this charming, car-free hamlet can only be reached by cable car throughout the winter. It’s a quiet and intimate destination, with striking views, one of the best ski in ski out locations in the Arlberg. Popular with families (the toboggan run is a fun and novel way of getting down to Lech), it also draws skiers for its exclusivity.
The skiing is ideal for all abilities – the entire Arlberg ski area is within easy reach, and thanks to its position in the mountains, has a very good snow record. Here you’ll find a good choice of high end hotels with first rate spas, as well as excellent dining.
