Villa Eos – Corfu, Greece
A charming and beautifully styled villa, Eos is built into the wooded hillside on the private forty acre Karkadi estate. It boasts cinematic views across the Ionian to mainland Greece, which mesmerises you from its many terraces. There are plenty of places for al fresco dining, and little corners for peace and quiet. Interiors are contemporary and comfortable, with open plan living and airy bedrooms all on one floor. Eos can be rented together with its sister – Villa Gaia – which sleep six guests.
The two villas share an entrance path and is connected via a storeroom / laundry. However, each is completely autonomous. The villa is reached by thirty-four steps (there’s a luggage service straight to your door!) With a relaxed vibe, it’s perfect for family downtime.

This villa sleeps up to four guests in two double en suite bedrooms – one of which can be twinned. Eos can be rented together with Villa Gaia which sleeps up to six guests. The two villas share an entrance path.
service & extras
Eos comes with a local concierge service and a maid six days a week, with a linen change every Thursday. Guests can request a private chef; your groceries can be pre-ordered before your arrival and restaurant reservations can be made. There’s also a breakfast service at no extra charge (there is a cost for the ingredients). In-villa Spa treatments can also be arranged. The villa has a gardener and someone to look after the pool.

Eos is the ideal base for exploring Corfu. Close by is Kalamaki beach, and you’re not far from the old fishing village of Kassiopi, with its Byzantine castle. The heritage site of Perithia is just a kilometre away – a traditional village full of tavernas, old Venetian style buildings and nearly more churches than there are inhabitants. Around this part of the coastline, there are numerous excellent beachfront tavernas, and for water lovers, we recommend chartering a boat for a day or two.

With the sandy beach of Kalamaki a short drive away, Eos is ideal for families with younger children.
