Heinz Julen Residence brings together two extraordinary Zermatt homes, the Heinz Julen Loft and Heinz Julen Penthouse, creating a 560 square metre private residence for up to 14 guests. Designed by Heinz Julen as his own home, it has a bold, artistic character, with glass, steel, concrete and wood used to striking effect throughout. The sense of space is exceptional, from the Loft’s illuminated dining table to the Penthouse’s three-storey layout, generous terrace and dramatic mountain views.
Seven ensuite bedrooms give families and friends plenty of privacy, while two saunas, an indoor jacuzzi, games room and wood-burning fireplaces make it wonderfully easy to settle in after skiing. The village centre is reached via the Omnia lift access, placing Zermatt close at hand.

The residence sleeps 14 guests across the Heinz Julen Loft and Heinz Julen Penthouse. The Loft has three ensuite double bedrooms, including a top floor master bedroom with king size bed and private jacuzzi bath, plus two further rooms with Austrian twin beds. The Penthouse has four ensuite double bedrooms, including a top floor master bedroom with a round jacuzzi bath, two main floor bedrooms with Austrian twin beds, balconies and TVs, and a separate ground floor double bedroom with an in-room jet shower and ensuite WC.

Days here can begin with skiing from Zermatt’s Matterhorn Express or Gornegrat ski lifts before returning to the residence for a sauna, jacuzzi soak or quiet evening by the fire. The central location makes it easy to wander into the village for shops, cafés and restaurants, while the residence itself is made for long dinners, relaxed breakfasts, games nights and time together with the mountains framed through the windows.
