Heinz Julen Penthouse – Zermatt
Heinz Julen Penthouse is one of Zermatt’s most distinctive and architecturally celebrated mountain properties, designed by the internationally acclaimed local architect Heinz Julen himself. Spanning 260 square metres across three floors, this extraordinary penthouse combines dramatic contemporary design with warm Alpine character, filled with handcrafted furniture, sculptural details and panoramic mountain views.
Suspended high above the village with private elevator access, the chalet feels both secluded and deeply connected to the heart of Zermatt below. The double-height living space is flooded with light, centred around Julen’s striking fireplace set directly into the window, while generous terraces and balconies frame views across the rooftops and towards the Mischabel mountains. Sleeping up to eight guests, the penthouse also features a private sauna, entertainment room and a remarkable master suite with freestanding jacuzzi bath.
