Villa Llenaire has everything a family (or two) could possibly need. Sitting in large gardens, bursting with Mediterranean trees and shrubs, and an orchard, this contemporary finca is spacious and luxurious. Open plan living and large terraces for al fresco dining make for perfect entertaining, whilst a creative chef and attentive villa manager mean you needn’t lift a finger throughout your entire stay. From the bedroom terraces on the first floor, you’re greeted with fabulous views towards the Tramuntana Mountains. The pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers, and the long sandy beach of Puerto Pollença is just a short drive away.

Cool and comfortable, each of the four the rooms at Llenaire are delightfully spacious. On the ground floor, the en suite double opens directly out onto the terrace, and is adjoined by a small twin with a separate bathroom. Upstairs, the master double bedroom features a terrace with views of the gardens, pool and beyond. It also has a dressing area. With equally lovely views, there’s an en suite twin bedroom.

Llenaire comes with its own chef and villa manager, ensuring your stay here is as seamless and effortless as possible. So sit back and let everything be taken care of. There’s a continental breakfast every morning, and a cooked breakfast on five mornings each week. Choose between either lunch or dinner on five days per week, with the option of a prepared BBQ on the team’s day off. All food is freshly prepared (including all children’s meals).
Lunches and dinners are accompanied by wines from vineyards close to Pollenca; there’s a fully stocked drinks fridge, and the team will keep your glasses topped up throughout your stay. Guests can also enjoy a gin tasting evening.
You can also choose to upgrade to receive a ‘Full Villa Service’ which includs Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner 5 days per week.

The pool is very much the focus in the garden, with its large terrace and loungers. The villa is well-equipped, featuring an outside kitchen and BBQ and plenty of entertainment space. There’s a well-stocked playroom for younger guests, together with a good selection of gym equipment and yoga mats. For evenings in, there’s a cosy movie area. The garden also has a swing, sand pit and table tennis.

Llenaire is well located for trips to the beach and inland to the old town of Pollença. It’s an ideal place from which to explore the north of Mallorca and further afield. Cycle into the Tramuntana Mountains; play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses; charter a boat to explore the coastline, or explore the historic and charming town of Pollença, with its shops, tapas bars and restaurants.

The villa works perfectly for two families or one larger group. There’s ample living space, inside and out – plenty of shady spots to relax, and a large playroom for children. It’s not far to the sandy beach at Puerto Pollença, and the gardens offer an ideal place to relax.
Pollença
Pollença is one of our favourite destinations in Mallorca. The atmospheric square is full of really good restaurants, and the boutiques and galleries lining the streets are a magnet for shopaholics. Every Sunday, the old town fills with market stalls, brimming with local and artisanal produce, giving the entire place a real vibrancy. From here, it’s an easy drive to long sandy beaches, tiny secluded coves, and scenic mountain villages. And if you’d like to explore the coast by boat, there are plenty of places in Puerto Pollença to rent one.
