New openings to look out for in 2024

We are delighted to announce the addition of these exciting brand new hotel and villa openings to their growing portfolio of handpicked treasures across the world.

Our most anticipated openings for 2024 include a super sleek Greek retreat on a lesser known island, a string of exquisite new villas across Mallorca and Menorca, two boutique French hotels steeped in history and tradition; and an architecturally impressive new hotel in the hidden corner of Grenada.”

 

 

Silversands Beach House, Grenada – Opened February 2024 

The ‘Spice Isle’ of Grenada welcomes a brand new boutique hotel with just 28 rooms, each with distinct architectural canopies and minimalistic sleek interiors.  Situated behind a cliff face on sandy Portici Beach, Beach House will feel exclusively secluded and an intimate island hideaway.  Highlights include a 330ft infinity pool – the longest in the Caribbean – beachfront dining at Azurro combining Caribbean flavours with classic Mediterranean cuisine and treatment rooms for full pampering.  Guests will also be able to take full advantage of all amenities at its nearby mother hotel, Silversands.

 

 

Santa Ana, (6 bedrooms | Sleeps 12), Menorca – Opening April 2024

A stylish and meticulously restored villa set within a huge 210 hectare estate, Santa Ana is surrounded by exquisite gardens brimming with fragrant Mediterranean flowers and herbs, while much of the surrounding land is private woodland.  The villa features 6 spacious bedrooms (split across 3 buildings), an open kitchen and beautiful dining room library and gym, as well as an expansive pool area with outdoor kitchen, covered dining area and big terrace with sun loungers.  Cala Macarella and Cala Macarelleta, considered two of Menorca’s best beaches, are within walking distance.

 

 

Auberge la Coste, Provence – Opening April 2024

Auberge la Coste is an exciting new addition to the stunning 600 acre Château La Coste estate, situated between Aix en Provence and Luberon Nature Park.  With 76 rooms the hotel promises intimate and simple provençal living with stunning views across vineyards and will be a more affordable option to its sister property, Villa La Coste.  Guests can explore everything the estate offers; from its world class art and architecture dotted across the estate (Damien Hirst will be exhibiting until 23rd June 2024) to learning about wine making on the estate, which dates back to Roman times.  The three restaurants on the estate offer delicious organic produce and exquisite provençal dishes.

 

 

Miramar, (9 bedrooms | Sleeps 18), Mallorca – Opening May 2024

Located in the heart of Palma, just steps away from the city’s imposing Gothic Cathedral of Santa Maria and overlooking the harbour, Miramar is a beautifully renovated and sprawling historic residence. Interiors are contemporary yet charmingly rustic with muted tones.  Such an exclusive position in the city makes it the perfect place for families and groups of friends wishing to delve into a bit of culture, explore the labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets and make the most of the city’s buzzing restaurant scene.

 

 

Gundari, Folegandros – Opening May 2024

Set high on rugged hills overlooking the Aegean Sea, and surrounded by 80 acres of wilderness on the secluded island of Folegandros, Gundari is the epitome of understated luxury with just 27 suites and villas, each with its own private heated pool and ocean views. Hôtel du Couvent , Nice – Opening June 2024

Perched on a hill in the heart of Nice’s Old Town, this former 17th century convent has been immaculately restored by The Perseus Group, the same company behind Le Pigalle in Paris, and transformed into the luxurious 88-room Hôtel du Couvent.  As well as being perfectly situated to explore Nice’s iconic sites, Hôtel du Couvent promises a serene sanctuary away from bustling city life and is surrounded by 2.5 acres of lush gardens.  Highlights include Roman-inspired thermal baths and indoor pool, a 20-metre outdoor pool, a resident herbalist, an outdoor cinema, a colourful farmer’s market every Saturday, as well as delicious farm to fork cuisine courtesy of the convent’s own farm.
