Evocative of the Ionian land and seascape, the rooms, suites and beach bungalows are bright white with strains of blue throughout. Large picture windows and bifold glass doors look out over the bay, or island, seemingly bringing the outside in. From comfortable double rooms to spacious family rooms and stylish Panorama Junior Suites that can sleep up to four, some come with a wide balcony, and others a private garden. The Deluxe Collection features bungalows with gardens, many with a private pool and some with a prime beachfront setting. They also come with a dedicated deluxe Concierge Team.

With no fewer than eight restaurants, most of which are à la carte, with menus designed by Michelin-starred chefs, guests are truly spoilt for choice here. From traditional Corfiot dishes to authentic and delicious Greek cuisine, to a culinary journey through the Mediterranean with French fine dining at Provence, and Italian flavours at Fresco, and across to Asia at Anaya. Also included in your stay is the Dine Out programme, where you can eat at IKOS partner restaurants outside the resort.
The choice of bars is no less impressive, with ten around the grounds. The Pool Bar might just be our favourite, whilst the children always vote for the ice cream parlour.

Dassia is designed for guests who just want to do very little for a week, and those who’ve got a long list of activities to tick off. Take advantage of the complimentary Mini Countryman for a day and explore the island. Not only is it stunningly beautiful, but it’s packed with culture. The resort also has complimentary bike hire, for guests to explore locally. From the beach there’s windsurfing, paddle boarding and kayaking.
If you’d like to head further out, take a private boat tour, or charter a yacht for the day – the Corfu coastline is magnificent. There are two tennis courts and a range of fitness activities scheduled each day, from Zumba to Pilates and yoga. Golfers can take advantage of the nine or 18 hole courses at the Corfu Golf Club (with complimentary equipment hire). If that all sounds a bit too strenuous, then just enjoy the view from you beach lounger, or head for the Spa and be pampered in the Thermal Suite.

The brand has nailed the family holiday, meaning the biggest dilemma for families is whether to book again for next year, or try one of the other IKOS resorts. Children of all ages are catered for, starting with a crèche for guests aged six months to four, where they are looked after by trained professionals. The Heroes Kids Club is for children up to 12, where there’s a packed programme of games and activities. And even teens up to 17 have a chance to try out new things with activities just for them.
For kids who love football, be sure to sign them up for the Football Escape – two hour training sessions each day for a week with UEFA licensed coaches.

IKOS has a robust commitment to sustainability, with the resort 100% powered from renewable energy. All single use plastic has been eliminated and there’s a strict waste management programme in place. Over half the produce in the restaurants is sourced locally and the brand partners with local and national non-profit organisations in protecting the environment.
