The five casas are orientated towards the far peaks of the national park. Each one has four private suites, which are spacious and cosy, and feature large picture windows. It’s possible to book an entire casa, and cots are available for babies.
food
The cuisine at Estancia Cristina has gained a tremendous reputation far and wide. Meals are hearty and delicious, with extensive breakfasts, buffet lunches and a fixed dinner menu with 4 or 5 choices per course including large ribeye steaks, lamb barbecues and salads (with leaves grown on site). Guests are sent on treks and rides with exceptional packed lunches, whilst the wine list is packed full of carefully selected Argentinian classics.

All activities are included in your stay, and all are designed to make the most of your spectacular surroundings. Close by, are trails that you can take at your own leisure. Each day brings new excursions, from horse riding to 4×4 explorations, from fishing and boat trips amongst icebergs, to trekking to remote refuges amongst the peaks.

With a location in such a pristine environment comes responsibility. The estancia has a number of initiatives in place to minimise its impact on the area, from solar power to energy saving, resources and waste management, and ensuring that produce is sourced locally. The team also works closely with the National Park authorities in monitoring wildlife and maintaining trails and habitats.
