Rest-assured, whilst our name has changed we have not. We are still the same small, bespoke and personal Tour Operator, but we can now take you further and on holidays for a lifetime.
Our Final Year in Val d’Isère
After 8 years operating in Val d’Isère we have decided winter 17-18 will be the last for F&P and we will now re-focus on our original hub of chalets in Méribel Village. We have loved running our 7 chalets in Val d’Isere, as a resort it has offered our F&P guests a great alternative to the fabulous 3 Valleys with great skiing and a lovely buzzing town.
At the heart of F&P has been our personal service and with the uncertainty over Brexit and our changing personal circumstances, this year it seems right to focus on where we first started. We love what we do and we want to continue to build on our reputation as a food led independent and friendly operator offering a personalised service from start to finish. We want to go ‘back to our roots’, build on our reputation as Méribel Village specialists and continue to polish our flourishing portfolio. So whilst it is with regret we inform you of this news, in the same breath we are really excited about this decision.
We are delighted to say our Méribel portfolio continues to improve. We have just taken on a new 10 bed, high-spec, self-catered chalet in the centre of the Village which we are hugely excited about (watch this space for further info!). Le Koissou, Le Christophe and Chalet du Guide have all gone through (or are undergoing) big changes and winter 17-18 saw the addition of the amazing Cerf Rouge. We are thrilled one of our original chalets, Chalet Corblettes, now under new ownership, this summer will go through an extensive refurbishment in the style of Le Koissou which was renovated two years ago. We really feel our F&P catered chalets offer a broad range of capacities and price points to appeal to a range of F&P guests. Our 5 self-catered chalets continue to be popular – the Les Fermes building where all the apartments are situated continues to attract families and friends alike with its amazing position a stone’s throw from the Lapin piste and Golf chairlift, plus its access to the indoor pool and gym. On top of this our partnership with COOK has proved a real success this year and F&P self-catered guests enjoy the ‘semi-catered’ flexibility we have often been asked to provide.
