1. A real conversation
It starts with a chat, by phone, email, WhatsApp or video call, whichever suits you. Often 15 minutes is all it takes. We’ll ask who’s coming, what matters most and how you like to travel. And if you’re too busy for a call, we’re happy to bend the rules and plan by WhatsApp or email instead.
2. Your own planner
You’ll speak to a real person from our small team, and Holly and Philippa are still hands-on. We get to know you and your travel family, so you never have to start from scratch again. Meet the team.
3. Tailor-made, from the ground up

4. Insider knowledge
We’ve spent over 20 years visiting the places we recommend, so we know which room to ask for, which table to book and which places to skip. We also work with the best people on the ground, whose local knowledge goes even deeper.
